Annie Heringer 's Bio

Born and raised in the USA, I’ve been teaching English for Academic Purposes in Berlin since 2017. I completed a Master’s in Academic Writing Development and Research in 2021. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in documentary film and television in New York City. Today, I particularly enjoy working with university students to explore issues of language, identity and technology.

Rachael Forde's Bio

I began English language teaching in 2006 in Madrid, where I also learned Spanish. After moving back to the UK I started my Master's in Applied Linguistics and TESOL. I’m interested in technology and AI to help learn languages. I am looking forward to helping you build your language skills so you can get the most out of your degree.

Emma Latham's Bio

I have an MA in Library Studies and have been working in HE libraries since 2017; I have also worked with special collections and archives. I support the School of Psychology, and I specialise in acquisitions and Library marketing and events delivery, as well as being a passionate advocate for accessibility and inclusion.

Prior to joining Arden in 2023, I initially worked in public libraries and then spent over 10 years working in Collections and Subject Librarian roles at an Arts University. I support the Foundation Year and Centre for Academic Persistence. I’m passionate about enabling inclusive and accessible learning, and my primary focus areas are Accessibility, Marketing and Communications.
