Great paid opportunities available for existing Arden students to work with the Arden Library team to contribute to the provision of excellent quality teaching materials.

 

The role

We have a number of opportunities for students to work on a part-time basis, as Student Data Ambassadors alongside the Library team and module tutors.

 

The Student Data Ambassadors will support with the development of materials used for teaching, in particular ensuring the quality of data and links to Library Resources that are used in materials provided to students.

 

This will include assisting with the process of checking and linking to Library collections and external resources as part of the development of new modules, and checking, updating and replacing links in existing modules that are undergoing a review process.

 

The Student Data Ambassadors will draw on their own experience and knowledge of Arden’s teaching content to inform improvements to the student experience when accessing library content.

 

These are great opportunities for existing students to use their knowledge to ensure we provide an excellent quality of teaching materials to students. It will enable you to gain valuable work based experience, working with a team, building relationships with colleagues, and gaining experience of information storage, retrieval and general administration.

 

 

About You

You will need to have excellent IT skills, a high standard of attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple documents at any one time. You will have experience of using Library resources and the Arden Library portal, and of using Arden teaching content and resources, and be passionate about contributing to the continual improvement of the student experience at Arden.
