We’ve expanded our eBook spotlight collections and given them their own dedicated home on the Library Portal. Browse through our curated lists of titles on a variety of subjects and give us your suggestions to keep growing them!

The topics that matter to you

In addition to our existing eBook spotlight collections on Black history, disability and neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, sustainability, and women’s history, we’ve also now created eBook collections devoted to a wide range of academic skills. These include academic writing, artificial intelligence, digital capabilities, exams and assessments, general study skills, and more. We’ve picked out some of the best eBooks in the Library collection and purchased a multitude of exciting new titles.

Designed to support your studies and curated in collaboration with our Academic Skills Team, these collections focus on the useful transferrable skills and knowledge that will give you an academic and professional edge. Access the new collections pages here: eBook Spotlight Collections

Collections that evolve with your studies

We’ll be adding and rotating new eBooks as we acquire them so the collections stay fresh and updated with the latest editions and title releases on these topics. We also want to know what titles you’d like to see in these collections so if you have a suggestion, hit the ‘Request an eBook’ button at the bottom of the eBook collections pages or in the header of each eBook spotlight collection and tell us about it!

More to come

We’re really excited about these new eBook spotlight collections and hope you enjoy browsing them as much as we’ve enjoyed putting them together for you! We’ll be looking to add further collections on topics such as mental health and wellbeing and careers, so watch this space.

We’d love to know what you think about this new development on the Library Portal, and your ideas for more collections you’d like to see, so please get in touch with your feedback: Library@arden.ac.uk
