1. I need help accessing resources on the Library Portal.
All of our resources are accessed using your Arden Office 365 login details. This will be your Arden University email address and password.
You can recover your password if you've forgotten it.
2. How do I access eBooks and other resources for my module reading?
All of our Subject Guides have links to your module Reading Lists, which provide you with all the key, essential and wider reading across your modules. You can also search for your Reading List by entering your module name or code on our searchable Reading Lists page: Search All Reading Lists
Your key texts will also be listed in your module resources on iLearn, at the end of each lesson.
All of our eBooks and other resources can be found by searching the Library Portal using the ‘search the library’ box on the Library Portal homepage.
Your Subject Guide will also provide you with the most up to date version of the referencing guide for your subject area, as well as any relevant research tools; subject-specific database links; and other useful resources as identified by your Assistant Librarians and your School.
3. Where can I find support for academic skills?
If you need help with academic skills you can find lots of useful resources on our Academic Skills pages.
