To get to our bank of FAQs, follow this link: Learning Success Hub FAQs or just click the ‘Help’ button in the top right-hand corner of the Learning Success Hub website. You then have several options for finding the information you need:
- Browse popular and recent FAQs to see timely responses to hot topics.
- Type your question or keywords into the search box and find matching answers.
- Filter by topic to see answers in a particular area of interest such as referencing, academic writing, or searching.
If you can’t find an FAQ that covers what you need, you can submit a new question to us! Use the ‘Ask a Question’ link on the right-hand side of the page, fill out a brief form with your details and your question, and we’ll get back to you with an answer as soon as quickly as we can.
A growing resource
We’re adding new FAQs regularly in response to students’ needs to make this rich resource of information as comprehensive as possible. You’ll even find FAQs covering getting started with each of our databases linked on each page of the A-Z of Databases so if you’re using one for the first time or aren’t sure how to find what you need, there’s a helping hand to get you on your way.
Support that’s available when you are
We know that you’re often fitting your study in around other commitments and that’s where our FAQs can really help. Our live chat service for quick Library, Academic Skills and Academic English questions is staffed Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 but if you have a Learning Success Hub query outside of these hours, before you send us an email be sure to check our FAQs first in case the answer to your question is readily available for you to read and come back to as you need.
