Management Direct is the learning portal of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Students studying on Arden University’s CMI accredited programmes receive access to Management Direct as part of their CMI membership.

No inbuilt function but website is designed to be compatible with screen readers
Change text size
No inbuilt function. Use browser Zoom function to enlarge text. Most browsers will allow you to change the font size. Guidance on making text size larger can be found on Abilitynet.
Change background colour
No inbuilt function. Use browser settings to change colours, contrast levels and fonts (see Abilitynet for guidance).
ColorVeil (available through AppsAnywhere) is effective for eye strain reduction, Dyslexia, Visual Stress or Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome).
The font style can also be changed using the inbuilt toolbar on HTML articles.
Keyboard navigation
The site has been designed to be suitable for keyboard-only use. Users should be able to browse the site using only the keys of a standard PC or Apple Mac keyboard.
Read offline
Webpages can be printed as PDFs. If using a screen reader, we recommend viewing PDF content on Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat as PDF content will often be more readable and more easily navigated by screen readers in Adobe Reader.
